If we're being transparent, different things make different people happy. Happiness to you may be a Lamborghini and to someone, happiness could be taking a walk in the park on a beautiful breezy, spring day. But no matter how you define happiness, here are a few secrets of Happy People
Energy is the main component...
Whether you want to feel good or bad, energy is the key. If you find that your energy is off, balance or teetering toward thoughts that are counter product, change it immediately. A good way to do this is meditating, praying, walking, standing outdoors or watching something very funny amongst other things.
Never choose your mental well being and health over work. This is a poor mindset that will lead to poor habits and ultimately failing health or worse. To my worker bees, this will feel abnormal at first. But practice this regularly. Carve out uninterrupted time where you do the things that bring you joy, peace and gratification.
Spread Love and Kindness
It costs nothing to be kind. Whenever you can, give kindness. You will be amazed at how it comes back to you in more ways than one.
